Returns

We accept returns only if:

* The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
* The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
* The product is unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

* Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
* Customized or made-to-order products.
* Clearance or sale items, unless received damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if an incorrect product has been delivered.

Return Shipping

* If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), SS Fashion will bear the return shipping cost.
* If the return is for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
